We’re on a mission to end Teacher burnout.
Our Vision
NurturED Solutions envisions a culture of care at the heart of every K-12 school, fostering an environment where school leaders, teachers, and staff can fill their students’ cups without emptying their own.
About NurturED Solutions
NurturED Solutions helps prevent educator burnout in K-12 school environments through the ABCDs of Creating a Culture of Care. We partner with school leaders who value and prioritize the mental well-being of the human within the educator. Through collaboration and collective leadership, every school leader, teacher, and staff member in the school thrives because the systems within the culture of care sustains them.
We believe…
In valuing and seeing the human being first before the job title
In the Collective Leadership model where every person in the school has a responsibility in shaping the culture of the school
That every voice matters — make space and take space
There is not a “one size fits all” solution
Curiosity breeds possibilities
A Letter from the Founder
To the Educator Who Feels the Struggle and Wants to End It:
The system is broken and it broke me.
That’s why it’s time to make a real change, not a band-aid solution.
I see the weight you carry as you push through each day, your passion deflated by overwhelm, your effectiveness hindered not by lack of skill or care, but by the constant stress that slowly breaks your spirit.
Three years ago, I walked away from a 15-year teaching career.
Not because I stopped believing in education, but because I finally understood something that changed everything: when educators thrive, students succeed and soar—but we've been asking our educators to give from empty cups for far too long.
My awakening came during the pandemic when I was serving as an Instructional Coach. I remember sitting across from a talented teacher, trying to help her improve her literacy instruction. But as our conversation unfolded, I realized that no amount of pedagogical strategy would matter until we addressed what was really happening—she was drowning in stress, both personal and professional, and it was creating an invisible barrier to everything she wanted to accomplish.
This wasn’t an isolated incident.
Conversation after conversation, I found myself face-to-face with educators who were:
Overwhelmed by workloads and expectations (both external and the impossibly high standards they set for themselves)
Anxious about meeting goals and worried about student outcomes
Stressed about time—never having enough of it to teach what they needed to teach or to balance work with life
Struggling with interpersonal dynamics, whether with teams, administration, or knowing how to best support high-needs students
Teachers would tell me, “I know this would help me, but when am I supposed to find the time?”, even when districts offer mental health resources, they’re not easily accessible.
As I reflected on my own journey, I realized I had lived this story myself.
Before becoming an Instructional Coach, I had experienced my own burnout—that gradual decline of satisfaction and joy that happens when we don't have the skills and support to care for our own well-being while caring for everyone else.
Here’s what I learned, and what I want you to know:
This isn't about individual weakness or lack of dedication. This is about systems that haven't recognized the collective power and wisdom needed to create intentional, supportive, and sustainable work environments.
I founded NurturED Solutions because I believe deeply in prioritizing the social and emotional well-being needs of the school leaders, teachers and staff by giving them the skills, resources, and support that is truly accessible and equitable. When we create a culture of care where the systems support every individual working effectively and collaboratively, educators thrive sustainably instead of simply surviving, resulting in stronger community relationships, meaningful partnerships, and yes, the student academic outcomes we all want to see.
But here's the truth I've learned as both an educator and now as a guide partnering with schools: you already have the collective wisdom within your building.
My role isn't to come in with a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I tap into your team's wisdom, combine it with data and research, and help create a tailored roadmap for your unique community.
You might be wondering, "How do we even begin?" The answer isn't another program piled on top of everything else because you don’t need more initiatives. It's about rewriting the narrative of what it means to be an educator in your building. It's about moving from a culture of survival to one of sustainable thriving.
You have the power to shift this story. You can be the leader who recognizes that caring for educators isn't just compassionate—it's the foundation on which everything else you want to accomplish will either grow or crumble.
You and your colleagues are the nurturers who pour yourselves into every student you serve. But who is nurturing you? Who is creating the conditions where you can bring your best self to the work you love?
You can be that leader. Your school can be that place.
I'm here when you're ready to begin this transformation—not as someone with all the answers, but as a guide who believes in the wisdom you already possess and the collective power of what you can create together.
With deep respect and commitment to nurturing the nurturers like you,
Jocelyn Auyeung

P.S. The teachers in your building who seem to be "just getting by"? They're not lacking in skill or heart. They're waiting for someone to create the conditions where they can thrive sustainably. Let's talk about how to rewrite their story—and yours.
